Fellini Magazine is an independent cultural project with no commercial purpose and no profit-making objectives, created to promote culture and offer younger generations inspiration, examples and opportunities through interviews and articles devoted to major figures in international art and culture.

The Magazine also provides a free space for young artists and creatives, offering them visibility, attention and the opportunity to present their work.

The project is made possible through the voluntary and unpaid collaboration of numerous professionals in journalism, photography, visual communication and culture who share our mission.

The Images We Publish

Approximately 90% of the images used in our articles are provided directly by the journalists and contributors who produce our editorial content.

Before publication, we seek, whenever possible, to verify the origin of the images and the available information concerning authors and rights holders.

When the author can be identified, we provide the relevant credit and, where necessary, seek the appropriate information or authorization.

We are nevertheless aware that, particularly in the case of archive images or images without complete metadata, identifying the original author may sometimes be difficult or impossible.

This does not lessen our commitment: we aim to operate with care, transparency and respect for photographers, archives and all rights holders.

When an Issue Is Reported

Fellini Magazine is not a commercial enterprise and does not have financial resources allocated to purchasing images or paying financial claims relating to their use.

If an author or rights holder believes that one of their images has been published by the Magazine without the necessary authorization, they are welcome to contact us directly.

We will carefully review the matter and, where it is not possible to regularize the use of the image, we will remove it, fully respecting the wishes of the author or rights holder.

Identifying the Author

Our editorial process also includes, whenever possible, research into the information associated with published images.

When identifying information is available, we seek to provide accurate credits. When information is incomplete or absent, identifying the author can become particularly difficult.

We believe it is important to emphasize that our activity has an exclusively cultural and non-commercial purpose and that the Magazine is supported primarily by the voluntary work of people who believe in the project.

A Culture of Cooperation

As a cultural project, we hope that any questions concerning the use of images can first be addressed through dialogue and cooperation.

We believe that respect for copyright and the dissemination of culture are not opposing values.

A photograph can contribute to the dissemination of culture while, at the same time, the work of the photographer can be respected and valued.

Whenever possible, we are therefore open to transforming a request into an opportunity for mutual cooperation and visibility, including interviews, presentations and features dedicated to photographers and other visual professionals.

A Proposal for Reciprocity

If one of your images has been used by the Magazine and you wish to contact us, we would be pleased to explore the possibility of turning the situation into an opportunity for cooperation.

We could dedicate editorial space to presenting your work through an interview or a feature about your professional activity.

In this way, you could contribute directly to our mission: to promote culture and offer young people opportunities, confidence and hope for the future.

Naturally, if you do not wish one of your images to be used, simply let us know and we will remove it.

Case History – Copytrack

A concrete case recently involved Fellini Magazine.

In relation to COPYTRACK case 5E9FBD, we provided information concerning the nature of the Magazine, its cultural and non-commercial purpose, and the way in which images are collected and published.

On August 25, 2026, after reviewing the information provided, Copytrack’s Legal Department officially informed us:

“We have reviewed the provided information and decided to close the claim.”

The claim was therefore closed.
